Not all extraction is equal — pulling water off a surface and actually removing it from carpet pad, subfloor, and wall cavities are different jobs entirely. Our Water Extraction crews do the second one.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter against a dry baseline, not by how the surface looks or feels, since a floor can appear dry while the material underneath stays saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
A job isn't finished until moisture readings confirm it, not a visual pass-through.
Local staging near Ash Fork cuts the wait between your call and equipment arriving.
The quote reflects the actual square footage and severity, not a per-gallon meter running up.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each piece of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
Pad gets extracted independently from the carpet surface, since it retains water far longer.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
A final moisture sweep confirms target levels were actually reached before we leave.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
We don't cherry-pick which water extraction jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.

Jasper L., Ash Fork"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., Ash Fork"Extraction from our finished basement slab was handled with a completely different approach than I expected, and they explained why."
Micah S., Ash Fork"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."
Fernanda Q., Ash Fork"Extraction under a built-in bookshelf unit was handled without us having to empty and move it ourselves first."
Zora P., Ash ForkIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
